I must say i am disappointed. the breakfast service was slow. it took ages to get cream for coffee. Maybe fifteen minutes even. also, i was not expecting this, the tv system it was broken the whole time we stayed. i do not think i will return.

The hotel location was great, near Victoria Street yet quiet. Staff members were helpful with any request. Rooms were always good and well kept .
Only one of two elevators was working and it resulted in long waits. It took about five minutes any time I needed to call an elevator. Breakfast service was inconsistent . On one day I was directed to make my own coffee using the buffet machine.

the hotel grounds seemed really nice. it had a beautiful garden. breakfast had great variety. the spa facilities was another plus. there were many options.
drilling woke us up one morning. work being done on our floor caused this. the first room i was given was a twin. i had booked a king size so it was a mistake.

The room was a Classic King Room. It had two separate sinks in the bathroom. The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes.. The hotel is very close to major landmarks. I appreciated the walkable location.
The elevators needed some attention. I experienced long waits frequently.
